I take it you can do a normal boneless? Heres how i do it just to clarify 1) Grab the inner edge of your deck with your back hand, grab it towards the front rather than in the middle. 2) Take your front foot off the deck and put it down on the ground next to your board. 3) Extend your front leg while throwing your weight upwards to jump into the air. 4) While in the air start to pull the knee of your front leg right up to your chest and start to release the board to allow you to get your front foot back on the board. 5) With the board released and both feet on the board, start to extend both your legs for the landing. Land it and roll away. Now for a 180 boneless the only changes are that after putting your front foot on the ground, as you're extending your front leg you should start to turn and do about a 90 degree turn. Then as you jump onto the board you should complete the 180 with another 90 degree turn. When i was learning 180 boneless's i remember having trouble getting my front foot back on the board after doing the 180 spin. I think the solution to this might be to release the board sooner so as you bring your front foot up it can actually come up high enough to get above the deck.
