i think u just barely put ur back foot on tha tail and just pushdown all tha way till u drag on tha ground then grab tha middle of tha board wit ur back hand than let ur bak foot slide off push up wit it then in tha air butt ur back foot bak on and level out ,land,and ride away

just roll, step off with yer leg you stepped off with bent at what would give you a good jump the second yer foot hits the ground slam down the tail of the board and grab it as it comes up (just like you would with both feet on teh ground and not moving instead of reaching down to pick up yer board) then extend yer leg into a jump crouch up in the air bring the deck under yer feet then extend yer legs back down till it's firmly on the ground and rid away., it' pretty simple depending on how technicaly you get with it. basicly, don't look at all that as several mulitiple things to do during a trick but more as alot of nuts that needs to be done all together in order to make it work.

heres how,first put your foot on the ground an then push your leg up then push the leg foward and while ur doing that put the leg back on the skatboard when it's in the air then crouch down as u land!hope thats not to much!^^; <-----(my icon)

put yur back hand in an indy position ... put ur front foot on the ground and jump in mid air put your front foot back on the board... land... ride away.. simple as dat
