these were easy for me becuz i was always jumpin backwards after i pop my ollie anyway.
i dont know how to say this.......
ummmmm..... go up to the ledge rail or whatever at a pretty fast speed.
pop your ollie and kinda jump back. not too far that your board goes flyin out but so your back foot is kinda ready to do a manual.
