When I do like 180's and pop shuvits i get both feet on the board put my front heel is too far back and hits the ground so it stops me, any help with that?

first practice just jumping in a 180 without a board and spread your feet out now add this 2 the board and ollie and turn as for the pop shove it make sure to pop ur board and slide with your TEXTback foot if it doesnt work im sry
