i need help i can do one stationary but not moving.like everytime i go to ollie moving my board jumps ahead or the board filps like im trying to do a kickflip or my back foot doesnt stand still and i land with one foot on and one foot off.if any of u kno how to fix this problem plz answer this.

Just keep on trying man, with the pain will eventually come the good, like that saying sais no pain no gain or some bull**** like that. expect to wake up sore as f**k for a while while you just start out, and after you start getting good enough to go bigger expect more pain lol

yeah i used to bmx but when i dislocated my shoulder i quit cause i was drawn more into skatin.

The way I found it easy to ollie moving was to ollie over something like a small 2x4 or some kind of board basically just anything small until you get comfortable. Because when you try to ollie over something it helps you to get higher.

But if it is that you're nervous to land on it just go for it, and then if you fall you'll be like that wasn't to bad or hard then you will start nailing it easily

Yeah I would start even smaller. When you are learning ollie little cracks in the ground and stuff.
