OPINIONS ON THESE DECKS

i want to know what everyones opinions on these decks are, if there nutsty. or good. just to get an idea of what everyone thinks

1. Powell Decks
2. Element Decks
3. Darkstar decks
4. Black Label Decks
5 Hookups decks




basicly not, wich is better then the the others, but just liek in yer own description of each of those decks what do you think of all 5 of them, mainly powell and hookups since I never hear much about those 2 company's on how well the boads are and so forth..i hear everyone talk abou thow they love the graffix on hookups but never seen anyone ride one or hear how good they are. so are they just novlty for show decks, to hang on yer wall. or are they actaully decent. and powells. i didn't even realize they was still a company and havn't been able to find anyone thtas skated a powell so are they nutsty or decent or just crappy now?

Powels - These are ok I guess, nice pop but it kinda wears down quickly. Not the greatest concave either. They are pretty strong and mine lasted a while.

Element - These are f**king trash. The first and last one I bought chipped so bad. Half the nose chipped off, the tail was just f**ked and the board was probably around 28inches instead of the normal 31.

Darkstar - Never tried them but I've heard good things. Don't really like the shape of them, the pop is pretty good and they last a while. So I've heard.

Black Label - I have one of these right now. It rocks. Too much pop to handle, beautiful shape, comfortable concave and good length. I'm a big fan of these, they are mad for skating gaps.

Hook-Ups - The graffics on these do rock but the boards are let downs. They chip easy, no pop, no concave, not much of a good length. I hate them.

i got a powell right now. they used to be a badass oldschool company, they make good bearings n nuts. dunno bout the boards though, it's got good pop and concave, considering how most there boards are. i just have a feeling it's not going to last long, it seems to be wearing down faster then the others i've had........

element sucks. unless you just want a board cause of the name brand to look COOL(LIKE bam) stay away, i mean you can still skate em just fine but it'll cost ya in the long run when they break specially the featherlights and fiberlights..

darkstars, heard nothing but good things about them. but i hate there graffics on there decks...

Black Label, love these boards. havn't had a problem with blacklable so far. some of there graffix are questionable. but oh well. there durable, strong, made FOR skaters not for popularity in brand name.

never skated hookups and don't know anyone that has. if I did buy one it'd be to hang on my wall, don't think i'd wanan f**k the graffix up on it anyways so it'd just be to hang somewhere if I got one

Element; These decks make nice fire wood! thats problby the olny way your going to get your money's worth. They chip fast.
Darkstar: My friend has one. it's OK
Hookup: a 7th grader has one ooh its a piece of sh!t

i heard element sucks....my stupid ass friends think its good cause its a famous brand name with BAM and nuts but i think their SHIOT..... ;D ;D
