jus tstick with it man, it's only been 1 day, it takes time to learn, it may be a basic trick but for some it is a hard one to learn but you keep trying it and it'll come to you, just try practising in the grass or on carpet before you move to doing it while rolling, eventually you'll get to the point to where it's easier to ollie while rollin then while standing still. most likely you'll start off the first time you get it only going maybe an inch off the ground but just keep at it and eventually you'll get higher and higher..

Well you frist have to positoin your feet right. You want your back foot on the tail of your board and your front foot in the middle of the board. Now you want to push your tail down and slide your frount foot up the griptape. Thats how i do well good luck!
