DUDE, my advice is, dont watch video`s, just skate with other skaters that are better than yourself.
This will inspire you, give you time to practise and you will also find that most skater are cool enough to give advice if you are trying new a trick.
I skate with 3 of my friends who are all better than myself and dude, thats more than enough inspiration for me.
