well, it could be a bunch of things. one, are you popping the board? two, do you try really hard to pop your hightest ollie off a curb? three, can you ollie while riding? four, can you ollie over a 2 by 4? ok, before you get mad, i'm gonna explain. you may be popping the board once your front wheels are off the curb and actually messing up you whole ollie, to help with that, ollie earlier. two, do u always try to get your biggest ollie? if you do a "lazy ollie" it will help since it will be easier to land. three, if you cant ollie while riding, then you shouldnt be doing this in the first place. four, try to gap a 2 by 4, you should jump over things before you jump down them. thats about it, and good luck

while ur in motion put ur front foot in the middle and back on middle of tail when u get comfortable kick the back down as the board is standing up drag ur front foot forward quickly without kicking it off the nose then as u level out pull ur front foot back

ok first of all put ur front foot about a couple of cetimetres away from the bolts put ur back foot on the other coner so ur heel is hanging off a little the snap ur tail as hard as u can the then slide ur front foot up just a little bit so it doesn't come off the board the just hold that postion and wait until it lands i hope it works for you good luck man

idk alot may do with you being a little scared.like i know its a curb but you might have the little thought in the back of your mind about the board kicking out when you land. if im wrong than disregard that. try to ollie a little earlier bc you might be snapping the tail too late. maybe keep your feet a little bit more than half way up the board bc your ollieing down not up so you need balance not height

If it's what i think you're talking about, it's what old school skaters did to get up on curbs and stuff before "modern" ollies came about. when you're skating up toward a curb, put your back foot on the tail and lift your front wheels high enough to get them over the curb, kind of like doing a manual. once your front wheels are high enough put the pressure on the nose and do a nose manual and lift your back wheels over the curb. set it down and ride away.
hope this is what you were thinking of, that's what i've heard that called.
