it is a tough trick firt of all you should be pretty comfortable with ollies and pop shuv its trust pop shuvs take like a day or two to learn just so you have trust to land on the board ok back to the kickflip place your back foot in ollie position then the front foot behind the front bolts dont flik it very hard just nice enuf to spin it completly and so you can get your front foot betterly on the board if thats your problme i just basicly mastered the kick flip a couple days ago just trust me dont be scared just go for it i found it easyer to learn on the carpet not as much fear well hopes this helps someone  |

oh and for all you that think a body varial is a sex change it is not a sex change is somthing you can only do with kiks or heels and a body varial basicly every other trick lol just wanted to make sure i made that clear

i dunno your talkin about doin a sex change by doin kicks and stuff you just jump to the other side of the board. Im kinda confused at what your talkin about.

no what im saying is a sex change is when you spin yourself a 180 with a kickflip or a heel flip am i right?
