A varial kickflip? ok put your back foot in backside pop shove it position. pop the tail heavily on your toe side. so start to pop shove it then slide your foot up to kick it. you need to sweep your back foot backwards. thats wha creates the 180 turn. And keep your center of gravity over the center of your board. That way you stick with the trick and dont go off to the side.
