ok now a little harder..heres heelflips.. HEELFLIPS 1.) Set your back foot on the middle back of the tail. Set your front foot so 3/4 of it is on the board but so that your toes are hanging over a bit.
2.) Crouch down and then spring up Ollieing as you normally would. Before you get to your maximum Ollie height, kick your front foot out and try to spin the board using your heel, rolling your ancle.
3.) Keep your front foot out so that the board can spin under you.
4.) Bring your front foot back after it's done 3/4 of the rotation to catch the board.
5.) Uncompress your legs and land the trick.
Tip: Make sure to kick your front foot out to the side to let your board spin, then bring it back over the board. P.S. Email me if u have any problems

To do heelflips: 1:- put front foot in the middle the board with your toes just hanging off, so the ball of the front foot is touching the rim of the board and most of your heel is hanging off.
2:-then put second foot on tail using mainly your ball and toes of your back foot and place it further backwards as in behind you more.
3:- hmph.., d**n all this typing, anyway get ready to jump, make sure your always centrerd over the board, (v. important) and to basically kick the board and get your that foot back you have to kick the board very fast and not kick it out that much.
you've got to make sure that where your front is starting, its gotta land finished there, so u jump, kick out and bring it in very quickly like you didnt kick in the first place (quick motion) lol.
I'm saying this cuz I landed my first heelflip today yaaay and done about another 10 only stationary. Should work.
ummm, things not to do is kick down with your foot in front of your, this was happening to me all d**n day with the board spinning perfectly and only my back foot on the board.
its kinda like spazing ya leg lol as soon as u kick, bring you lower leg back on board, not much kicking out required as you make it harder for you to bring ya leg back in time. hmph, done typing, hope this helps anyone, 2morow i learn them moving hoorah!
