But usually the people started the skateshops will be the only people who work there you know because I never see a hiring sign up at a skateshop.

Girls can be just as good as boys...compare Vanessa Torres to some random guy you know..and see who is better. A lot of girls just don't skate so you really cant compare them to the many guys who skate. But yeah, it is true that a lot of girls really can't do anything, maybe ride, but like punkysktgrl said they just dont practice or skate to be cool.
