I cant do a pop shovit yet but when i first tried (i ride regular) the board would move out in front of me and i would land to the left side of it if you look at it from the back. what i did was get off my board stand behind it and pop the tail down and shove my foot sideways and it still went to the side but now i can do that and it will usually land right under my foot. the nose of the board is a bit wider than the tail so maybe you can turn your board around and use the nose as the tail and vise versa Good Luck!!! ;D
