well if ur left foot is in front ur normal stance. if ur right foot is in front then ur goofy stance.

hello ladies! i suggest before trying to ollie and get hurt unnessecerlly, first learn how to tic-tac (not really a trick but a basic move) try to accelerate tictac'ing! very good to get the boardfeeling . For instructions look here: www.geocities.com/skater4100/basics1.html
