When I try tp kickflip, my foot like retracts and i end up pushing down to flip the board, but i can still land it one foot. but i dont no how to bring my back foot in be4 it lans? any help?

That's like a weird situation to me because usually when I see other people who kick down to flick the board it's hard for them to get there front foot back on because ya know it's going down. So sonofgod maybe it's not because they're kicking down and need to kick forward because your backfoot should be over it period like you said.

yeah so maybe you should try the kicking downward method instead of the kickforward. I find that way easier to keep the board up under you.
